Mari Stewart is a registered patent attorney providing advice and counsel to clients in patent and trademark matters. She is experienced in drafting patent applications and patent prosecution in a variety of patent subject matter areas, including, without limitation, computer hardware, computer software, oil and gas technologies, aviation, mechanical devices, cell phones, and various other fields. Ms. Stewart is also experienced in trademark applications and prosecution.
Ms. Stewart’s background includes externships with Federal Trade Commission in Dallas, Texas, and for The Honorable Jerry Buchmeyer, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Texas. She is the coauthor of Cobranding on the World Wide Web, 8 Tex. Wes. L. Rev. 665.
Ms. Stewart is licensed to practice in Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
