Eden Stright is a registered patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has gained extensive experience over more than 20 years with leading US firms and various multi-national corporations. She is presently based in Alexandria, VA, near the main headquarters for the USPTO.

Eden appreciates the difficulties and complexities associated with filing and prosecuting patent applications for a multi-jurisdictional patent portfolio and provides valuable insight for clients who are considering protecting their intellectual property rights. Her particular experience includes educating inventors with respect to the processes and procedures of the USPTO , the preparation and filing of patent prosecution and trademark related documents, conducting prior art and infringement related searches in support of patent and trademark prosecution, generating IP analytics reports for internal and client review, and integration of global intellectual asset management databases with patent portfolio and eBilling databases.

Eden was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University (Washington, DC) in 1994 and an A.S. in Science from the Northern Virginia Community College (Alexandria, Virginia) in 2000. Subsequently, Eden obtained the necessary qualifications for registration as a Patent Agent before the USPTO.  She is a member of the following associations and committees: Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO); American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA); USPTO Text 2 PTO Focus Committee; Beta Tester for USPTO Electronic Filing System; and Primary Contributor to USPTO Financial Manager Program.
